The microcontroller can ask it anytime to check the validity of the preset finger placed on it. If the user is valid then only the microcontroller allows the user to vote. The system can be powered up with 12V 1A ac or dc power supply. The rectifying and filtering circuit is embedded in the system. The communication link between the fingerprint scanner and the microcontroller is the UART communication. The system can be further upgraded and hence can be connected with the system where there can be a large database.
