The objective of the kit Laptop controlled wireless Robot for industrial application is to design a Robot which can be operated wirelessly by the Laptop using serial port via RF technology. In this kit we simply use the Dock light software for the serial communication between laptop and Robot. With the help of Laptop which acts as a remote for the Robot we can simply sends the commands from the keyboards to the Robot. Robot can be moved according to that commands in Forward, Backward, Left and Right direction. This kit can be used in industrial application where the more manpower is required.
The kit Laptop controlled wireless Robot for industrial application based on RF technology having two sections. One is transmitting section and other one is receiving section. The data coming from the computer is given to the microcontroller of 8051 family and the microcontroller receives the data and transmits wirelessly through RF Transmitter. The data is received by the RF receiver and given to the decoder. The decoder further forwards these data to the motor driver. The motor driver hence drives the motor and the overall operation of movement takes place.
